Artists! Holiday Shop 2017

November 30-December 21, 2017

The BBAC’s  Holiday Shop is a juried show that has been an annual tradition for almost 40 years.        

(Shop & Champagne is the fabulous preview reception—sparkling beverages, strolling supper & shopping for 400 enthusiasts are all part of this festive event.)

  • Reasons for artists to participate include:
  • A unique setting to sell your art work for the winter season.
  • All you need to do is get your work to us & we do the rest.
  • Your artwork is displayed in a professional manner.
  • Daily restocking for maximum sales.
  • Attendance by hundreds of shoppers throughout the holiday season in addition to the Shop & Champagne preview event.
  • Proceeds support education & ArtAccess programs offered by the BBAC throughout the year.

Important Dates & Times

  • Sept 20-21 (10am-4pm)– Artist email or drop-off for jurying
  • Sept. 25 (10am-4pm)-Pick up work (if dropped off for jurying)
  • By Sept. 29 Jury results mailed or emailed
  • Nov 3-4 from 10-4 artist work drop off
  • Nov. 29 Shop & Champagne, ticketed preview event
  • Holiday Shop 2017 open to the public: Nov. 30-Dec. 21. Hours Mon-Sat 10am-6pm & Sunday Noon-4pm                                                        
  • Jan. 2– Jan. 6 Artist pick up of unsold inventory. Artists who shipped work to the BBAC will have unsold work shipped back to them by Jan. 31, 2018. Cost of return shipping will be deducted from artist’s payment.

Commission

The BBAC retains 45% commission on all sales.  Every effort is made to mail artist commission checks by January 31.

To Apply

All artists must complete & submit the application form on paper or online with either a check or credit card payment. All entries must be submitted by September 22.
